摘要
环保项目的投资决策是企业环境管理的关键环节。探讨了环保项目区别于其他项目投资的特点,分别从投资的效果性与经济性两个方面探讨了优化环保项目投资决策的途径,并构建了环保项目投资的综合评价模型。
The decision-making of environmental investment is a pivotal process of environment management. This paper had presented the trait of environmental project investment, discussed the way of optimizing the performance evaluation of environmental investment on the aspects of environmental performance and financial performance separately,and developed a new model for the performance evaluation of environmental investment.
