摘要 冠脉微循环血流灌注在冠心病血管再通治疗中有重要意义。现总结近年来在动物模型及临床观察中微循环再灌注的血流动力学特点,讨论微循环血流障碍导致心肌收缩功能异常和血流分布改变的作用机制,提出反映冠脉微循环功能改变的敏感指标和检测方法。 Coronary microcirculation reperfusion plays an important role in coronary heart disease revascularisation therapy. This article summarizes the present experimental and clinical hemodynamic changes in microcirculation reperfusion, discusses the mechanism of action whereby microcireulation disturbance results in myocardial systolic dysfunction and coronary blood flow redistribution. The article also outlines the sensitivity index and detection methods to reflect the homodynamic changes in coronary microcirculation reperfusion.
