摘要
目的观察温和灸加浅针治疗冠心病心肌缺血患者的临床疗效。方法治疗组60例用温和灸加浅针治疗;对照组60例用针刺治疗,12次为1个疗程,观察2个疗程,比较治疗前后心电图的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组为63.3%,2组疗效和心电图比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论温和灸加浅针治疗心肌缺血的疗效优于针刺疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of warming moxibustion and shallow puncture for myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease. Methods The 60 cases of therapy group were treated by warming moxibustion combined with shallow puncture, and 60 cases of control group were treated with acupuncture therapy. A course of treatment was for 12 times and the effects were evaluated after two courses, the changes of electrocardiograms were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of therapy group was 95% and that of control group was 63.3%, there were significant difference in clinical effectiveness and the changes of electrocardiogram between two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The curative effect of warming moxibustion and shallow puncture for myocardial ischemia is better than that of acupuncture.
