摘要
通过界定创新型企业的内涵,分析了创新型企业的特征,构建了创新型企业的评价指标体系,提出了基于BP神经网络的创新型企业评价方法。
This paper has analyzed the innovation enterprises characteristic, and constructed evaluation index system by limiting the innovation enterprises connotation. Simultaneity, this paper has proposed evaluation method of innovation enterprises based on BP Neural Networks.
