摘要
介绍了采用双液复合离心铸造工艺浇铸以碳钢为外套、高铬铸铁为内套的双金属套筒的工艺试验情况。通过分析及试验,确定了铸型转速、浇注温度和速度、两种金属浇注间隔时间,界面处选用1号保护剂,以及适合于双金属套筒的热处理工艺。研究结果表明,采用本离心铸造工艺制造双金属套筒,相对于镶铸工艺,简化了加工步骤,降低了材料用量,经济效益可观。
Described in the article is the trial of the dual-liquid centrifugal casting process to produce clad tube with carbon steel as outer case and hi-chromium casting iron as inner case. Based on relevant analysis and tests, relevant technical features are determined, including the rotary speed of the casting mould, casting temperature and casting speed, the interval between casting of the two metals, using No.1 Protecting Agent in the interface and the heat treatment process suitable to the dual metal case. The researeh result shows that compared with the inserting process, the said centrifugal casting process for dual metal case possess such advantages as less processing steps, reduction of material consumption and significant economic benefit.
