摘要 简介了巨龙钢管有限公司采用宝山钢铁股份有限公司生产的X120钢级管线钢板试制JCOE管线管的情况。研究了X120钢级钢板力学性能的变化、JCOE成型特点、焊接性、热影响区的软化、矩形和圆棒拉伸试样的对比试验以及不同焊接材料匹配、焊接热输入量对焊接接头的硬度、强度和韧性的影响;与X100钢级进行了对比分析。提出了X120钢级管线钢管的拉伸试验采用圆棒试样和制订管线钢钢板、钢管标准的建议。 Briefed in the paper is the trial manufacture of JCOE linepipe by Julong Steel Tube Co., Ltd. with X120 linepipe steel as made by Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. The study focuses on such aspects as change of the mechanical properties of the X120 steel plate, the forming characteristics, weldability and softening of the heat affected zone (HAZ) of JCOE, the comparative testing with rectangular and round tensile test pieces and the influences by different welding material proportions and welding thermal input on hardness, strength and toughness of the weld joint; Comparative analysis between X100 steel and X120 steel is conducted. Proposals about using round tensile test piece for X120 steel linepipe, and drafting the standards of linepipe steels and steel linepipes are put forward.
