摘要
目的探讨减轻插胃管痛苦,提高插管的一次成功率的方法。方法将96例需术前插胃管的食管癌择期手术患者随机分为两组,分别采用改良法和常规法插胃管。改良法:嘱患者插管前先在口腔内含少量唾液(约0.5~1ml),当胃管插入6~8cm时,嘱患者咽下唾液,并快速将胃管向前推进过咽。比较两组患者对插胃管耐受程度及一次成功率等指标。结果改良法一次插管成功率显著高于对照组。结论改良插胃管法可明显减轻患者痛苦,提高插管的一次成功率,对临床护理工作有积极意义。
Objective To reduce the patient's pain and increase the successful rate of intubation. Methods Ninty -six preoperative patients with esophagus cancer were randomly divided into two groups :reformed and routine group. The reformed method : order the patient to keep a little saliva in the oral cavity at first. When the gastrotube was inserted about 6 -8 cm, order the patient to swallow the saliva, and at the same time, insert the gastrotube rapidly. Nanse, vomit and the one time successful rate of intubation were observed and compared. Results The one time successful rate of nasogastric intubation in the reformed group is significantly higher than that in the routine group. Conclusions The reformed method can reduce the patient's pain and increase the successful rate.
