摘要 目的探讨CT分叶征对肺内孤立结节良恶性的诊断价值。方法分析经病理证实的恶性病变150例及良性病变55例肺内孤立结节在CT上的分叶征像,将两者做卡方检验。结果经卡方检验,χ2=167.12,P<0.005,按α=0.05水准,可认为良恶性病变对分叶征的显示情况有统计学差异,恶性病变分叶征的显示率明显高。结论CT分叶征对肺内孤立结节的良恶性的鉴别诊断有一定意义。 Objective To evaluate the value of lobulation sign in solitary pulmonary nodule (SPN)by CT to determine the benignity or malignancy. Methods The lobulafion signs of 150 malignant pulmonary nodules and 55 benign pulmonary nodules confirmed by pathology were analyzed by chi - square criterion. Results By chi - square criterion, Х^2 = 167.12, P 〈 0. 005, according to the standard α = 0. 05, the ratio of the lobulation sign in benign diseases showed great difference, and the ratio of the lobulation sign in malignant diseases was higher. Conclusions The lobulation sign by CT is very important to diagnose the benignity or malignancy of the solitary pulmonary nodule.
