摘要
实验以TEOS(正硅酸乙酯)作为前驱体,采用sol-gel法,制备染料杂化的二氧化硅薄膜。为了能使染料杂化入二氧化硅溶胶-凝胶体系中,用丙烯酰氯对染料进行官能化修饰,使染料带有碳碳双键,并同时分系列加入TMPA(甲基丙烯酸-3-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丙酯)、VTES(三乙氧基乙烯基硅烷)、苯乙烯进行共聚。TMPA和VTES所含的烷氧基可参与硅的水解缩聚,进入硅无机网络形成杂化体系,实现了染料对杂化体系的进入。通过比较得出:未加前驱体TEOS的溶胶所得膜表面不平整,膜颜色很淡,说明较少染料杂化入膜中;以TMPA为共聚体的溶胶所得膜较之以VTES为共聚体的溶胶所得膜,其染料更均匀地杂化入前者,膜更光滑透明,且抗磨性较好。
TEOS was used to prepare dye- hybrid SiO2 film. To mix dye into SiO2 sol- gel system, the dye was modified with acryloyl chloride first and then fixed with carbon double linkages. TMPA, VTES and styrene were added in series for copolymerization. The alkoxy in TMPA, VTES may join in hydrolytic polycondensation of silicon into silicon inorganic network to form hybrid system that makes dye mix into the hybrid system. By comparison, conclusions were drawn: ( 1 ) the surface of the film prepared by sol without TEOS was unleveled, and the color was light, which showed less dye was mixed into it; (2) The sol use TMPA as copolymer was more equable, the film was much more velvet and translucent and the anti - abrasion was better than that of VETS.
