摘要
首先通过multisim软件仿真模拟场效应管的转移特性与输出特性,其次拟合出函数,利用函数绘图,最后结合图解法的具体步骤与要求用matlab数学软件对场效应管放大电路进行详细动态分析,补充模拟电子技术教材在场效应管图解法部分的不足。
The paper first emulated FET transfer characteristic and output characteristic through the software Mulfisim, and then fitted the function and mapped. Finally the maths software Matlab was used to make a detailed and dynamic analysis of FET amplifying circuit according to concrete steps of graphical method.
