摘要
运用调查访问法和数理统计法,从整体性、综合性角度,对云南省21所普通高校体育师资队伍的年龄结构、职称结构、学历层次结构等方面进行了调查研究,指出云南省普通高校体育师资队伍的高级职称特别是教授比例偏少、学历层次偏低等现状,并有针对性地提出了完善云南省普通高校体育师资队伍建设的对策。
By means of investigation and induction,the formations of PE teacher ages,professional titles, educational backgrounds and ideological knowledge at 21 colleges and universities in Yunnan were analyzed by integration and synthesis. Yunnan College of Physical Education Teachers said senior titles, especially small proportion of professors low education level,etc, and the completion of targeted Yunnan College of Physical Education Teachers building measures.
