摘要 目的分析正视眼波前像差与低对比度视力的相关性。方法对95例(95眼)健康正视眼用WASCA(wavefront supported corneal ablation)波阵面像差仪测眼波前像差,对瞳孔6mm时第2,3,4阶像差的各项Zernike函数(C3-C14)进行分析。用多功能电子视力测量仪检测亮、暗环境中对比度为10%和5%时的裸眼视力和最佳矫正视力。用多元线性回归分析眼波前像差与各低对比度视力间的相关关系。结果离焦像差(C4)与亮、暗环境中对比度为10%和5%时的裸眼视力间的直线相关关系有统计学意义(P<0.01);水平彗差(C8)与亮、暗环境中对比度为10%和5%时的最佳矫正视力间的直线相关关系有统计学意义(P<0.01)。其余Zernike函数与各低对比度视力间的直线相关关系均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论正视眼的波前像差与低对比度视力有关,其中离焦像差与裸眼视力有关,水平彗差与最佳矫正视力有关。 Objective To investigate the correlation between ocular wavefront aberration and visual acuity at low contrast levels in emmetropic eyes. Methods Ninty-five normal emmetropic eyes from 95 persons with uncorrected visual acuity ≥ 1.0 using Snellen visual acuity chart were enrolled in this study. Ocular aberrations were measured using a Hartmann-Shack wavefront analyzer. Each Zemike coefficient( C3-C14 ) from the 2nd-order to the 4th-order aberrations for a 6 mm pupil was recorded for analysis. The uncorrected visual acuity and the best corrected visual acuity at 10% and 5% contrast levels under mesopic and scotopic condition were measured using a computer generated multi-function-visual-acuity analyzer. Linear regression was used to analyze the correlation between ocular wavefront aberrations and visual acuity at low contrast levels. Results Linear regression analysis revealed that the defoeus aberration(C4 )was significantly correlated with uncorrected visual acuity at every low contrast level (P 〈0. 01 ). The horizontal coma aberration( C8 )was significantly correlated with the best corrected visual acuity at every low contrast level (P 〈0.01 ). The other Zemike coefficients in- eluding spherical aberration and vertical coma aberration was not significantly correlated with visual acuity at every low contrast level (P 〉0.05). Conclusions In emmetropic eyes, there is significant correlation between wavefront aberrations and low contrast visual acuity. Defoeus aberration is significantly correlated with uncorrected visual acuity. Horizontal coma aberration is significantly correlated with the best corrected visual acuity.
