转炉出钢合成渣混冲脱硫的研究

摘要 用光学碱度和二次正规溶液模型对转炉出钢过程混冲脱硫进行了研究。通过理论计算及工业试验结果表明,在只进行钢包吹氩搅拌的情况下,合成渣加入量每吨钢为8 kg时,具有较好的脱硫效果。通过对氧化钙活度及渣氧化性的计算,验证了其对渣-钢脱硫效果的影响。 Optical basicity and regular solution model of quadratic formalism was used in the research of desulfurization of molten steel during tapping by slag filtrating. The results of theoretical calculation and industrial experiment indicated that better desulfurization results were obtained when the weight of synthetic slag added into the ladle is 8 kg per ton. steel. Calculations on the activity of CaO and oxidizability of slag have verified the above results.
