摘要
通过对一种六缸曲轴进行磨削加工仿真分析,可以看出曲轴的不同的受力情况对曲轴的应力和变形有很大的影响。首先对曲轴进行简化,利用UG建立三维模型;然后导入ANSYS中进行有限元网格划分;最后通过模拟曲轴在加工过程中的受力,得到了曲轴的应力集中图和变形图,提出了相应的措施来改善曲轴在加工过程中的应力和变形。
Crankshaft's different forces have a great effect on crankshaft's stress and deformed- shape by simulation analysis of a six- crock crankshaft model in the process of grinding.
