阐述了"学科馆员"制度的背景及现状,论述了建立"学科馆员"制度的必要性,概括了"学科馆员"的素质和职责,提出了建立"学科馆员"制度的六条措施。
In this paper, the background and status quo of the ＂liaison librarian＂ system are discussed, and the necessity for the establishment of a i, Liaison Librarian＂ system is expounded. The quality and duties of ＂Liaison Librarian＂ are also summarized and six measures of setting up the system have been put forward.
