摘要
当前北部湾风生水起,实现把北部湾建成继珠三角、长三角、环渤海湾之后的新的增长极的目标,需要和谐稳定的社会环境与之相适应。而大力弘扬传统文化,发挥文化统战的优势,既体现了传统文化在构建社会主义和谐社会中的不可替代的作用,也是深入贯彻落实党的十七大精神的具体举措。
Social stability and harmony are the things of paramount importance for the Beibu Gulf that is witnessing rapid development after the successful economic take-off in the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Bohai Bay and that needs a stable and harmonious social environment for which the traditional culture and its advantages should be fully developed which is something that can not be substituted in the construction of a harmonious socialist society and which is also in line with the implementation of the document of the 17th National Congress of the CPC.
