介绍了新型分离分析技术高效毛细管电泳的进展，包括基本理论、仪器工作原理、进样方法及各种分离模式，并讨论了这一新技术的特点以及在药物分析方面的应用与前景。
High performance capillary electrophoresis,a new separation and analytical technique is introduced.Its development,fundamental theory,working principle,common used injecting methods and several analytical modes,as well as application in pharmaceutical analysis are discussed.
