摘要
水泥混凝土路面常设置接缝来减小温度和湿度的约束，降低温度和湿度应力，进而控制水泥混凝土板的开裂损坏。然而，接缝是水泥混凝土板的薄弱部位，随着行车荷载作用次数的增加和重载、超载车辆的增多，接缝传荷能力往往在很短时间内大幅度降低，而产生唧泥、错台、断板等病害。因此，《公路水泥混凝土路面设计规范》（JTGD40-2002）要求重、特重交通水泥混凝土路面的每条横向缩缝均应设置传力杆，以提高板块之间的传荷能力，分散车辆荷载应力。
Based on the practical project of Xuwei Expressway,the dowel bar auto-inserted machine of multi-track is developed through analysis of dower bar positioning and placement.The continuing construction of cement concrete slip form paving is carried on.The practices prove that dower bar inserted machine of multi-track can position accurately.The method can decrease the disease of cement concrete pavement in joints.
