摘要
对于高性能调速系统,需要在较宽速度范围内精确地估计和控制电机速度。然而普遍采用的位置传感器不能测出瞬时速度,需要信号处理技术来提高在每个采样瞬间的速度估计值的精度。在设计调速系统速度控制软件及硬件的基础上,采用Kalman滤波器,对噪声环境中的电机转速进行最优估计,在保证电机高速性能的情况下,改善了电机速度控制的动态性能和低速性能。实验结果表明,提出的方法简单有效。
Precise control for permanent magnet synchronous motor within a wide bandwidth is necessary for some speed driver. But the position sensor for common used can not get the instant velocity nicety which needs the help of signal process technique. This article have do some work on the hardware and software of speed driver. It gives the method to estimate velocity for best based on kalman filter. The experimental result shows that the method improves the dynamic and low-velocity ability while making sure of the high-velocity ability.
