摘要
本文报告了46例54眼闭角型青光眼行改良巩膜瓣松解线小梁切除术，术中无特殊并发症，术后前房均在1日内形成，及时拆线后滤过泡形成好，远期眼压均正常。认为本方法对于一些难治的青光眼可增加手术的安全性和成功率。
The report is about 54 eyes of 46 pationts with angle closure glaucoma were performed the improved releasable sutures for scleral flap in trabeculectomy. Intraopetiove without particular camplication. Postoperative the amterior chambers of all eyes were reformed within one day.The conjunctival blebs of filtration formed well after the sutures were removd on timely. Remote intraocular pressure of all eyes were normal. So we believe that this method for those hard treat glaucoma could increase operative safety and rate of success.
