IgVH基因片段在慢性淋巴细胞白血病中的表达及其临床意义
摘要
B细胞性慢性淋巴细胞白血病(B-CLL)是西方国家最常见的一种恶性淋巴细胞增殖性疾病,我国发病率虽然低于西方国家,但随着人口的老龄化,发病率呈现逐年上升趋势。B-CLL患者的临床病程和转归呈高度异质性,因此现阶段最重要的就是建立完善的预后参数分层,提供精确的预后信息,指导治疗。
