摘要
利用动态系统的频域分析方法对汽车空调实验装置中制冷压缩机的振动进行了研究,制冷压缩机整机振动的频域特性表明其与振动的固有特性和压缩机的工作转速相关。在整机振动控制过程中,根据频域特性提出了控制策略,从而确保了实验装置制冷系统的安全运行,使机组振动与噪声得到了有效的控制。
The vibration of the vehicle air conditioning experiment device was explored by the means of Frequency-Domain analysis of dynamic system,the vibration frequency characteristics of refrigeration compressor body demonstrate the natural characteristics of compressor Vibration and are related to the compressor speed. The strategy based on frequency characteristics has been founded for the system vibration isolation. It can insure the safe run and can restrain the yawp for the refrigeration system of device.
