摘要
在精梳特细号纱生产过程中进行了加大半成品定量、提高细纱总牵伸倍数的工艺试验,对比了普通工艺与高效工艺的成纱质量,并根据优选出的工艺参数在JC 9.7 tex、JC 7.3 tex、JC 5.8 tex纱生产中推广了高效工艺,推广后成纱质量稳定,使设备效能得到了较大发挥。
Processing test in increasing semi product quantity and hightening the total spinning draft times in spinning combed extro-fine yarn is carried out in this paper with the yarn quality compared with that of the yam spun by normal technology. The yam quality of JC9.7 tex, JC7.3 tex and JC5.8 tex spun by high effcient technology is stable.
