摘要
高校人事档案管理工作在过去自身积累了一些尚未解决的问题,随着院校合并的发展,合并后的高校人事档案管理工作在这一特殊时期内又会产生许多新的问题。如何借高校合并的有利时机,采取措施、解决新老问题,值得每一个高校档案管理工作者认真思考。
Colleges and universities personnel file matters＇ administration has accumulated a lot of problems unsolved in the past. With the development of amalgamating university, it has also occurred many new issues in the special time.
