摘要
选用无毒或低毒性添加剂,研制了一种化学合成型环境友好磨削液,对其抗磨减摩、防锈、生物降解等综合性能进行了评价,结果表明:该磨削液综合性能优良,生物降解性能较好,生态毒性低,是一种理想的环境友好润滑剂。
A type of new environmentally friendly grinding fluid was developed with nontoxic and low - toxic additives. Its anti - wear and friction - reducing properties, anti - rust ability and biodegradability were evaluated. The results showed that the grinding fluid possesses excellent synthesis properties and biodegradability as well as low zoology toxicity, and it is a perfect environmentally friendly grinding fluid.
