摘要
目的探讨如何对晚期癌症患者进行临终关怀以及药物治疗。方法以6年来晚期癌症患者临终关怀的工作实际以及120份宁养院患者病历为依据,探讨对晚期癌症患者临终关怀的每一环节,分析药物治疗情况。结果对晚期癌症患者癌痛控制和对症治疗、心理疏导、家居护理指导、死亡教育等都获得了满意效果;用药品种为62种,以止痛药为主,其次为胃肠道用药、精神类用药等,除癌痛用药外,大多价格低廉,用药基本合理。结论我国临终关怀事业在发展,但应逐步探索新思路,为更多的晚期癌症患者服务,并不断提高服务、治疗、用药水平。
Objective To discuss how to take care and drug treatment for cancer pantients in ningyang department.Methods According to the data of care document of late cancer patients in recent 6 years,120 cases of medical records.To discuss care and drug treatment for last stage of late cancer patients.Results We got satisficated results of pain killing,symptom control,psychological treatment,home nursing and death education et al.The drugs were 62 kinds,pain killing drugs were the main,gastric intestine tract drugs was the second,and spirit drug et al.Most drugs were not expensive,expect for the pain killing.We used the drugs reasonably.Conclusion Last care for cancer patients was developing in our country,we need explore new ways,so that we would serve more for the advanced cancer patients,and we must left the serve,treatment level.
