摘要
作者用免疫组织化学PAP法检测了OLP病损区浸润T细胞表达白细胞介素2受体（IL—2R）的情况。结果显示：OLP病损区浸润T细胞表面有IL—2受体的表达（15／22），其表达程度与病程及类型无明显关系（P＞0．05），作者认为IL－2R的表达对T细胞在OLP病损内聚集及局部免疫反应的启动、调节可能有重要影响。
In this article, the nature and distribution of IL-2 receptor on lymphocytes in 22 cases of OLP lesions were investigated, using an immunochistochemical techique (PAP Method) . The result showed there were expression of IL-2 receptor on the lymphocytes in 17 cases of OLP, the another 5 cases were negative. This difference of expression of IL-2 receptor was not statistically significance between different groups and different types. The author considered that When human body was stimulated by antigen, which faciliting lymphocytes to express IL-2 receptor and product IL-2, the IL-2 receptor and IL-2 interaction to generate immune reaction and product an important influence upon gathering T cells and forming inflammation in OLP lesions.
