摘要
应用CFD数值软件Fluent对135直喷式非增压柴油机缸内燃烧过程和辐射传热进行数值模拟。模拟分析了缩口、直口、扩口三种燃烧室线型对于压力场、速度场、温度场和辐射换热的影响。最后对计算结果进行了深入地分析,总结了柴油机燃烧室型线对燃烧过程和辐射换热影响的规律。
Combustion process and radiative heat transfer of Model 135 DI diesel engine with three chamber profiles were numerically simulated using Fluent. Three combustion chamber profiles are contracting opening, straight opening and expanding combustion chamber profiles. And then the influence of the three chamber profiles to pressure field, velocity field, temperature field and radiative heat transfer have been simulated and analyzed. Finally, calculation results are analyzed thoroughly , and several conclusions about the influence of the chamber profiles on combustion process and radiative heat transfer were presented here.
