摘要
利用外周血T淋巴细胞α-醋酸萘酯酶(α-ANAE)阳性率、免疫器官(脾脏及胸腺)与小鼠体重的比值、迟发性变态反应及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬细胞吞噬功能为评价指标,研究蒲公英对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。实验结果提示;蒲公英有提高及改善小鼠细胞免疫和非特异性免疫功能的作用,对环磷酰胺所造成的小鼠免疫功能损害有明显的恢复和保护作用。
Using the positive rate of α ANAE of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of mouse, the ration of organ (thymus and spleen) to body weight, reaction to the delayed type hypersensitivity and the phagocytosis of celiac phagocyte in female mouse as indicators, recovery of immunity damage induced by cyclophosphamidium (CP) has been researched after Taraxacum Mongolicium (TM) treatment for 20 days The results show that there are no significant diference both in TM and TM plus CP groups compared with control group in these indicators, but there is siginificant decrease compared with CP group (P<0 01) It reveals that TM has obvrous antagonism to the damage of immune function caused by CP in mouse
