摘要
主要分析了材料性质对注塑件的一些主要质量缺陷如熔接痕、强度、内应力、收缩率等的具体影响,从材料性质方面给出了降低质量缺陷、提高产品质量的方法。并说明了材料的流变性质在注塑模浇注系统设计中的应用。
The concrete influences of plastic materials on some major defects such as weldline,strength,internal stress,shrinkage are mainly analyzed in the paper.Also,the measures to handle the injection molded part defects and improve the qualities based on the causes of properties of resin have been discussed.The applications of material＇s rheology in injection molding pouring system design is introduced at last.
