摘要
纳米二氧化钛粉体的功能决定了产品的高附加值,而功能在很大程度上取决于产物的粒度和晶型。在纳米 TiO_2的生产中,煅烧的目的是在高温下使之脱水、脱硫,并形成具有一定晶型和粒度指标。本文对喷雾干燥、回转炉和旋流动态煅烧炉-旋转闪蒸干燥组合等几种煅烧方式进行了介绍,对其生产特点、产品的晶型、适用的规模和存在的问题进行了讨论。
The function of nano titanium dioxide (TiO2 ) powder has determined the high additional value of product, and function depends on particle size and crystal form. The goal of calcination is to make it dehydrate and desulfurize under high temperature and form nano - TiO2 of some kind of crystal form and granularity index in commercial production of nano - TiO2. Some calcinations methods including spray drying, rotary dryer and dynamic rotating flow calcinator - spin flash dryer are discussed ,such as production characteristic,crystal form ,the appropriate scale and existing problems.
