摘要
国家安全政策偏好有自主性和合作性两种类型。一个国家的地缘政治条件和国内政治文化因素对国家安全政策偏好的形成起着重要作用。联邦德国的国家安全政策偏好有非常明显的合作性偏好特征,德国开放性的地缘政治位置以及德国国内的合作性政治文化是其形成过程中的重要因素。
Normally speaking,there are two different types of preferences in a country's security policy:autonomous and cooperative.The geopolitics and domestic political culture have played an important role in the formation of such prefe\| rences.The national security policy preferences of the Federal Republic of Germany were strongly characterized by cooperative nature,and the openness of geopolitical location and the cooperative political culture are the two major elements in the formation of such preferences.
