摘要
介绍中德合作"中国既有建筑节能改造"项目——唐山示范工程的项目基本情况,通过实测与理论分析,对示范工程改造后的采暖能耗、室内热舒适性、方案经济性进行综合分析评价,为我国既有建筑节能改造效果的分析评价提供借鉴。
This paper introduces the background and implementation of Tangshan Pilot project of Sino-German Joint Project of Energy-saving Renovation of established Buildings in China. The thermal energy consumption, room comfortableness after heating and economic benefit of Tangshan energy-saving Renovation pilot projects were evaluated by theoretical and practical test methods, which will be helpful for analyzing and assessing the energy-saving renovation of established buildings accross China.
