摘要
激光测距系统中,时间间隔的分辨率是测距系统精确度的关键因素。采用ACAM的高精度时间间隔测量芯片TDC-GP1,设计并实现了一种基于自触发脉冲激光飞行时间测量方法的脉冲激光测距系统,给出了测距系统功能原理和电路设计。使用实时操作系统μC/OS-II作为系统控制核心,以确保测量精度。
In laser ranging system, resolution oftime interval is a key ingredient for the system precision. TDC-GPlofACMA, ahigh precision time interval measurement chip, is used to design and implement a kind of pulsed laser ranging system based on self-trigger pulse laser flight time measurement. Functional principle and circuit design are introduced in detail. Finally, how to configure the software control core ofμC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system to guarantee the measurement precision is shown.
