摘要
环境友好型社会理念具有概念的综合性、模式的创新性、生态观的科学性和发展的动态性四个特征,是一个包含核心、制度保障、价值基础、技术支撑等内涵丰富的理论和实践体系,其实质在于建立人与环境良性互动的关系。目前,我国环境与发展矛盾凸现的严峻现实,要求我们必须实施一系列的制度安排和体制创新,切实建设环境友好型社会。
The concept of environment - friendly society characterized by the integration of definition, innovation of mode, scientific quality of outlook on ecology and the mobility of development, it is a system involving meaningful theories and practices, such as the core, regulation guarantee, value basis and technology sustaining. It is virtually intended to establish a good interaction between human being and environment. Nowadays, the contradiction arising from environment and development becomes fiercer, therefore we must carry out a series of regulation arrangements and systematic innovations so as to build up a environment-friendly society.
