摘要
以1日龄商品代苏禽黄鸡为试验素材,随机分成3个处理组,每组50只。组1为添加抗生素组,组2为添加自配复方中草药组,组3为对照组。试验结果表明:添加复方中草药有提高胸腺、脾脏、法氏囊重量及其指数的趋势,其中第3周末,中草药组的脾脏重量及其指数显著高于抗生素组和对照组;试验组在免疫新城疫疫苗7 d后,血清中的抗体效价均显著高于对照组,这种差异中草药组一直持续到本次试验免疫后的第21 d。
Suqin yellow-feathered chickens of 1-day-old were randomly divided into 3 treatments, there were 50chickens in each treatment. Group 1 appended antibiotics, group 2 was compound Chinese herb medicine treatment, group 3 was control group. The result showed=Compound Chinese herb medicine can increase the weight of thymus, spleen, bursa and their indexes. The weight of spleen and its index of Chinese herb medicine group was higher than the antibiotics group and control group in the third week, and the different was significantly. 7 days ago after immunized Newcastle disease, treatment groups were higher than the control group in Newcastle disease vaccine, and the different was significantly. This kind of different would persist to the 21st day.
