水稻细胞质雄性不育对长穗颈基因表达的影响

摘要 为探索水稻细胞质雄性不育对长穗颈基因表达的影响,以分别携有长穗颈基因eui1、eui2和野生型基因Eui的水稻协青早不育系和保持系为材料,测定了在孕穗末期不同器官内源GAs、ABA和IAA的含量变化和成熟期植株高度和最上节间的长度差异。结果表明:孕穗末期携有eui1、eui2和Eui基因的保持系内源GAs和ABA均显著高于对应的不育系,内源IAA的含量也表现相同的趋势,只是差异不显著;成熟期形态观察表明,最上节间受雄性不育影响的程度大于株高,eui1和eui2基因受影响的程度大于Eui基因。说明细胞质雄性不育对长穗颈基因的表达有显著的负效应。 In order to discovery the influence on expression of Eui gene in the rice cytoplasm male sterility(CMS), the six allelic gene lines of Xieqingzao background, i.e. Xieqingzao maintainer lines XeB (1), XeB(2), XB, and Xieqingzao CMS lines XeA(1), XeA(2), XA, possessing eui1, eui2, Eui gene, respectively, were used as materials, and the contents of endogenous hormones, GA1, ABA, IAA, in different organs at latter booting stage and difference of plant height and uppermost internode length at mature stage were studied . The result showed that the GA1 and ABA content in maintainer lines with eui1.eui2. Eui gene in different organs were higher than that in CMS at latter pregnant stage, and the IAA content have the similar tendency and the difference was not notability The observation of morphologic at mature stage showed that the influence degree of uppermost internode length was higher than that plant height by CMS, and the influence degree of eui1 gene and eui2 gene was higher than that of Eui gene. The results showed that the expression of Eui gene on the rice CMS was notability negative effect.
