摘要
探讨了不同消毒条件下"京亚"葡萄种子在培养瓶中萌发的情况,获得"京亚"葡萄种子最佳消毒条件是70%乙醇15S,0.1%升汞5min;通过对"京亚"葡萄种子进行不同浓度GA3浸种、不同浸种时间、不同培养基质和不同光照条件处理,得到优化的"京亚"葡萄种子萌发条件是GA34000mg/L浸种48h,置于1/2MS培养基中暗光培养,萌发率为79.4%;对"京亚"葡萄种子抗卡那霉素特性的研究得到"京亚"种子抗卡那霉素的临界浓度为40mg/L.
Different sterilized conditions were tested to optimize the best sterilizing conditions for wild Jingya grape seeds for seeding. The optimized sterilized conditions was 70% ethanol for 15 s,0. 1%HgCl2 for 5 min. L 9_3^4 orthogonal experiment was set up to optimize germination conditions, including illumination, time length for dipping in GA3, concentrations of GA3and incubating substances. The optimum condition was obtained with seeds grown in 1/2 MS medium in dark after they were immersed in 4 000 mg/L GA3 for 48 h. The critical Kanamycin concentration wild type 'Jingya' seeds was about 40 mg/L.
