摘要
农村工业化和城镇化是社会主义新农村建设的两个重大战略,二者又是互相影响、相互制约的。文章简要阐述了我国新农村建设的提出历程,分析了新农村与工业化、城镇化的关系,并以日本为例,对其工业化和城镇化的发展及对我国的启示进行了介绍。
Rural industrialization and urbanization are the two important strategies in the construction of a new socialist countryside and they also influence and restrict each other. This article expounds briefly the formation of the construction of a new socialist countryside and analyzes the relation between a new countryside and industrialization and urbanization. Finally it takes the Japanese industrialization and urbanization as an example and illustrates its inspiration in our country.
