摘要
首都机场T3B航站楼工程,通过使用定型支架加固模板并控制模板侧帮倾角、木制线条与模板配合使用达到装饰凹槽及阴阳角为圆弧角的要求,采用在梁结构外侧加设穿墙螺栓加固模板、现场实地放样加工每块模板、定型靠尺加工侧帮的曲面模板、利用电脑CAD制图放样等方法来保证高架、交叉弧形、变截面、花篮式轨道梁的清水混凝土效果。
In Terminal T3B Project at the Capital Airport, the requirement of decorative flute and arc inside and outside comers was reached by reinforcing the formwork with standardized frame, controlling the lateral dip angle of the formwork and using formwork and wood strip jointly, while the effect of fair-faced concrete of the high-elevated, crossed arc and non-uniform track beam with corbels was guaranteed by strengthening the formwork with through-bolts outside the beam structure, site setting-out and fabrication of formwork, fabricating the lateral curve formwork with help of standardized guiding rule, and making drawings and setting-out by CAD and etc.
