摘要
分析了由一级普通圆柱齿轮传动和一级双环减速传动构成的新型两级同轴环式减速机的结构特点、传动原理。在此基础上设计制造了样机,采用ADAMS软件,建立整个减速机传动系统刚体动力学模型,对关键受力部件——转臂轴承的受力情况进行了分析;采用接触有限元分析方法,对两级内外啮合齿轮副的承载能力进行了计算;在齿轮传动实验台上对该减速机性能进行了实验研究,表明该减速机的传动效率达94%,振动达国家B级水平。
On the basis of transmission principle and existing problems analysis of existing ring-reducer with small tooth number difference and parallel and movable axis, a new two-stage coaxial ringreducer was put forward which constituted of a common cylindrical gear transmission and a double loop reduction transmission. The structural characteristics, transmission principle were analyzed. Based on these results, the model machine was designed and manufactured. The rigid body dynamics model of entire reducer transmission system was established by using ADAMS software. The force analysis of key force components-tumbler bearing was conducted. The loadcarrying capacity of both inside and outside of meshing gears was calculated with finite element contacts analysis methods. Reducer performance was tested on test rig of gear transmission, which showed that the transmission efficiency of reducer was 94% and vibration was country B level.
