淀粉基高吸水树脂的吸液性能与吸液机理分析 被引量:10

摘要 研究了离子种类、浓度对淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺高吸水树脂吸液率的影响;根据高吸水树脂吸液过程中溶液电导率的变化及离子对高吸水树脂吸液率的影响规律,探讨了树脂的吸液机理,并推导了树脂吸液动力——渗透压的计算公式,该公式可以较好地描述高吸水树脂的吸液规律。 This paper described the absorbency characteristics of starch grafted poly-(acrylamide) in saline solution. The parameters affecting water absorption such as ionic type, concentration of external solution, were investigated respectively. It is proved that water absorbency depends largely on the cationic type and concentration of the solutions in terms of ionic strength, irrelative to anionic valence and type. The results show that the process of water absorption is consistent with Donnan equation. The swelling behavior is related to the osmotic pressure of the hydrogel, which acts as a polymer solution confined inside a semi-permeable membrane.
