摘要
目的探讨实时三维时间-位移参数显像在评价心脏移植患者中的初步应用价值。方法应用PhilipsIE33超声显像仪,X3-1探头,对10例心脏移植患者和10例正常对照者进行实时三维超声心动图检查。结果10例心脏移植患者实时三维时间-位移参数指标——最小位移值显著低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);而且从两个直观“牛眼图”显示心脏移植患者左室部分节段收缩延迟或收缩提早,部分节段收缩活动减弱或反向运动;然而心脏移植组的17节段时间-容积曲线参数指标与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论实时三维时间-位移参数显像能更敏感地评价心脏移植患者心脏收缩同步性。
Objective To investigate the preliminary value of real-time three-dimensional timing- excursion parametric imaging in patients with heart transplantation. Methods Ten patients with heart transplantation [9 males, 1 female, mean age (50. 1±8.92) years] and 10 subjects with normal left ventricular(LV) function [6 males,4 females, mean age (49.0±11.1 ) years] were examined by Philips IE33 with a X3-1 probe. Results The minimal excursion in patients with heart transplantation was less than that in subjects with normal LV function (P 〈0.01 ), and two "blue eyes" displayed that some segments systolic timing delayed or ahead of time, but also some segments systolic excursion hypokinesia or dykinesis. Parameter index of 17 segments time to minimal systolic volume were not significantly different in patients with heart transplantation compared with subjects with normal LV function. Conclusions Real time three-dimensional timing-excursion parametric imaging is more susceptive than parameter index of 17 segment time to minimal systolic volume.
