摘要
采用拉曼光谱原位分析、扫描探针显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线能谱研究了Ce-5%(质量分数)La合金在空气中的氧化过程。结果表明,Ce-5%La合金在空气中极易氧化,氧化层由外及里存在氧浓度梯度,Ce3+和Ce4+所对应的拉曼谱峰强度变化情况反映了Ce-5%La合金在空气中的氧化过程具有两个显著阶段,表面剥离氧化物主要为CeO2。
In-situ Raman spectroscopy and scanning probe microscopy (SPM) were used to study the surface oxidation of the Ce-5% (mass fraction)La alloy exposed to the air. The band at 456 cm^-1 was assigned to the first-order Raman spectrum of CeO2, while that at 837 cm^-1 was due to O2^2- which was relative to Ce^3+ . The change of the ratio between the in-tensities of the two bands revealed the two-step process of surface oxidation the oxide layer was loy. La2O3 was not The SPM data and oxide layer on the whole process of the alloy. An oxygen gradient in deduced on the surface of the aldetectable in the Raman spectrum. the SEM images showed that the surface was expanding during the whole process.
