摘要
经济外交概念在中国的使用分为三个阶段,每个阶段的使用情况具有不同特点,呈现出渐进发展的趋势。对经济外交概念的使用来说,2004年8月底召开的"全国对发展中国家经济外交工作会议"是一个历史性的转折点。它使经济外交概念的使用走出了新闻报道、学者研究的小圈子,而成为一个官方正式认定的概念。
The use of ＂Economic Diplomacy＂ in China has been divided into three stages. In each stage it demonstrates different characteristics and evolves steadily. The National Conference on Foreign Developing Countries at the end of August 2004 served as a turning point for the employment of ＂ Economic Diplomacy＂. From then on, the conception ＂Economic Diplomacy＂ has gone beyond the fields of news report and academic research and become an officially recognized one.
