HIV感染状态不同的双生子一对
摘要
1病例报告
双生子，均为男性，7．5月龄。父母均为HIV感染者，在婴儿即将出生时，母亲才被查出感染HIV。母亲在产前、分娩过程中均未服用抗HIV药物。双生子被采取了择期剖宫产（足月），出生后进行人工喂养，并在出生后均立即服用奈韦拉平。
