摘要
在实施峰谷分时上网电价政策的市场环境下,综合考虑火电厂运行成本、环境保护和水电厂发电效益的不同利益要求,提出了一种水火混合电力系统短期多目标发电计划优化数学模型。构建了基于粒子群算法的交互式模糊满意度多目标决策方法,并对此方法进行求解,直到找到决策者满意的最佳方案为止。算例计算验证了模型的合理性和求解方法的可行性。
A short-term multi-objective generation optimization scheduling model of hydrothermal power systems is presented, which considers peak & valley time-of-use price, fuel costs of thermal plants, pollution emissions and generation benefits of hydroelectric plants comprehensively. Interactive fuzzy satisfying degree method based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is also estabhshed. The wish of decision maker can be reflected by setting the reference objective membership value. The model is solved through continuously interactively adjusting reference objective membership value until the satisfying solution is obtained. Simulation results show that multi-objective model is reasonable and interactive multi-objective decision making method is feasible.
