摘要
利用价格便宜的纯铝制备氢氧化铝溶胶。采用丁达尔现象和过滤观测法判定制备液是否为溶胶,采用离心沉降光度法研究分析溶胶的颗粒大小和稳定性,来研究制备稳定涂膜液的最佳条件。研究结果表明用硝酸溶解纯铝后得到的纯铝处理液制备涂膜液的最佳选择条件为氨水:纯铝处理液=1∶1,加液速度为10ml/min,搅拌时间为6~12h。制备出的氢氧化铝溶胶比较稳定,可用于制备氧化铝超滤膜涂膜液。
This work presented advanced techniques for preparing aluminium hydroxide sol by aluminium. The phenomenon of tyndall and filtrating were used to judge the property of sol, and centrifugation was used to anaylze the size of its granules and stability. It was found that the best conditions of preparing aluminium hydroxide sol through the dissolution of aluminium by nitric acid were as follows: ammonia and prepared aluminium nitrate solution was 1:1, the rate of adding solution was 10ml/min, and the stirring time was 6-12h. The aluminium hydroxide sol prepared was stable and it could be used to prepare the sol of uhrafihration membrane.
