摘要
广泛应用于建筑企业的评价方法通常具有主观性外,还忽略了评价指标之间的相关性,主成分分析法可以少数的综合变量取代原有的多维变量来进行有针对性的定量化评价。为合理地评估建筑企业竞争力,以我国上市建筑企业作为研究对象,采用该方法进行了实证分析,研究表明,该方法可以有效评价建筑企业竞争力。
The methods which are usually applied to evaluation are always subjective and neglect the correlafivity of the evaluation indexes. The Principal Component Analysis can obviously simplify data structure for original multidimensional comprehensive variable and minimize the loss of original data information. To rationally evaluate the competitive performance of construction companies, the evaluation model of competitive performance of construction companies is presented based on PCA in this paper. An example for the evaluation model is given. The results demonstrate that the model can be used to efficiendy evaluate the competitive performance of construction companies.
