本文旨在研究如何对供应链协调机制进行实施和保持。文章提出二层供应链协调机制主要实施步骤,对实施中可能出现的问题提出具体实施建议和保持建议。二层供应链协调机制的实施和保持建议具有一定的合理性和建设性,为促进企业多赢起到指导性作用。
This paper aims at the study in e implementation of two-level supply chain coordination mechanism, talks about detailed steps, gives some practical advices and puts forwards how to sustain the stability of coordination mechanism. The suggestions are responsible and constructive, playing an important role for the enterprises.
